The four stages of the process of this meeting cannot be separated from the name of political communication, in which there is a communicator, communicant, themes sage delivered and t he channel used for the fourth process is going well. The result of this study indicates that the implementation of political communication in overcoming of illiteracy Qur’an is divided into four stages of the hearing, a series of meetings of the Special Committee, plenum and a plenary session. Data obtained from this study were analyzed through qualitative descriptive technique. This study used informants up to five people with informant’s determination technique using purposive sampling (on purpose). Theory used in this study is Communication Group Theory which is more determined by Lasswell Formula. The location of the study is at the Office of Parliamentary Inquiry Kendari. Keywords: political parties student organizations and Islam.The problem in this study is how the implementation of the political communication in the establishment of local standards to eradicate illiteracy Qur’an. The results show that Islamic parties are still in doubt about their commitment to carrying out their responsibilities and in general they have not attracted or been trusted by some activists of Islamic student organizations, others still provide opportunities and trust in the hope that Islamic parties can improve the negative image attached to their institutions. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive analytical approach. Islamic parties, which have been the object of research studies in several general election competitions (elections), have not been able to win or win the majority of votes despite having cultural and even ideological closeness to Muslims in Indonesia.
